As a Technical
Support Analyst you will be an initial point of contact via telephone and email,
providing technical support to Zemana's customers.
You will
have experience of supporting customers over the phone, and will be able to demonstrate
a good understanding of IT systems- specifically the installation and configuration
of Operating Systems. You'll enjoy providing excellent customer service as you provide
solutions to customer queries.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 years experience in dynamic technical support role.

Excellent
knowledge of English is required. (Native English speaker is a plus).

Knowledge
of Internet and communication protocols (TCP\IP, UDP, DNS, etc.)

Extensive
knowledge of Microsoft product and environment: - Windows OS. - Windows Server installation
and configuration.

Experience
of supporting customers over the telephone

Experience of installing, upgrading, troubleshooting and configuring PCs

Experience of supporting customers over the telephone

Know how to keep things simple
-
Strong problem solving skills

Experience in the Windows security area (firewall, anti-virus, anti-spam, anti-rootkit, HIPS, network security, …)
